Wet high intensity electromagnet separator automatic type 

（Application):

   This full-automatic electromagnetic separator is widely used to remove iron powder, micro iron powder and magnetic material from ceramic, mining, chemical, electronic, food and other industries. Specially for the separating of ceramic tiles raw material clay mud (temperature below 60 degrees Celsius) developed and manufactured, operating simple and convenient.

l The iron removal is carried out by vibration motor assisted by external high pressure pump, which has no dead angle and no residue.

l The brake valve is using imported materials; there is no leaking, low wearable, low air consumption.

l The magnetic media screen is using high performance stainless steel; the highest magnetic field is up to 10000 Gauss. There is no residual magnetism after switching off the excitation coil power supply, so it is easy to de-iron.
